Hotels’ occupancy rates and convergence: Empirical evidence from the first pandemic wave

The scope of this study is to unravel possible convergence clubs regarding the occupancy rates hotel industry in US states aftermath first COVID-19 pandemic wave. For reason, underlying paper resorts application generic algorithm developed Phillips and Sul (2007) for a sample 50 over daily period ranging from 01.12.2019 26.07.2020. empirical analysis supports identification two primary consisting an equally distributed number regions (states).
